1. Control mode selection: you can choose the local or intelligent mode to control the load.
2. Local Control: There is local control panel with several power steps; user can load/unload by button.
3. Intelligent Control: Through data processing software in PC, user can make automatic load, to display, record and manage the testing data, to form curves, tables, also to print them.
4. Control Pattern Interlock, there is control pattern switch, when choose one control pattern, operation of other pattern is invalid, avoid the clash.
5. Load/unload with One Key: Whether manual control, remote control or software control, user can preset the power, then press load master button. Load bank loaded according to preset power to avoid load fluctuation during the power changing.
6. Local Meter Display Data: Three-phase voltage, three-phase voltage, active power, reactive power, apparent power, power factor and frequency parameters can be displayed through the local measuring instrument.
7. Load data recording "black box" function: The load bank is equipped with a data recording module independently developed by Kaixiang, which has the function of real-time recording of equipment operating parameters. Real time recording of startup status, three-phase voltage, three-phase current, active power, reactive power, apparent power, power factor, frequency, 16 temperature channels, and 256 DI signals from PLC. When the external DI point changes, voltage fluctuations exceed the threshold (threshold size can be set), current fluctuations exceed the threshold, or temperature changes exceed the threshold, the module records one piece of data to the storage chip. The storage chip can store 130000 pieces of data in a cyclic coverage manner. When users need to view device data, they can export the data using a USB flash drive. Through data analysis of various indicators of the load box, timely maintenance and replacement of main components are carried out to reduce manual inspection costs and accident occurrence.
