Introduction

This load can be adjusted in multiple gear, suitable for machine room line, load capacity, temperature rise, precision air conditioning test, etc. Professional design, with safe, reliable, small size can simulate the field server load characteristics, tailored

Main functions
(1)Load test: the switch can be loaded in any combination to simulate the actual heating situation of the server in the machine room to detect the refrigeration effect of precision air conditioning, power supply load capacity and line reliability.
(2) Control mode: The load is equipped with 1 fan switch and 6 gear switches, which can be controlled by adding / reducing the load gear through 6 small micro circuit breakers.

(3)Protection and interlock: cannot load when the fan is not closed; when the temperature is too high, remove the load in addition to the sound and light alarm.
(4) Resistance material:Stainless steel resistance rod, using nickel-chromium alloy as the resistor, packaged in the stainless steel pipe, which is filled with magnesium oxide as insulation.Resistance with insulation porcelain sleeves at both ends.
(5) Temperature protection: when the load temperature exceeds the safety threshold (85ºC), the sound and light alarm indicates and cut off the load.
