1. Control mode selection: The load can be controlled locally or intelligently.
2. Local control: Manual loading/unloading control of the load box and viewing of test data can be performed through switches and instruments on the local control panel. The local control panel is equipped with inlet/outlet louver control buttons, which can control the opening or closing of the louvers.
3. Intelligent control: Control the load through data management software on the computer, achieve automatic loading, display, record and manage test data, generate various curves and charts, and support printing. The software has an air inlet/outlet louver control function, which can control the louver to open or close.
4. Control mode interlock: The system is equipped with a control mode selection switch. After selecting any control mode, operations performed through other modes are invalid, avoiding conflicts caused by multiple operations.
5. One click loading and unloading: Regardless of whether manual switch or software control is used, the power value can be set first, and then the main loading switch can be activated. Only then will the load be loaded according to the preset value, thus avoiding load fluctuations during power adjustment.
6. Local instrument display data: Three phase voltage, three-phase current, active power, reactive power, apparent power, power factor, frequency and other parameters can be displayed through local measuring instruments.
7. Auxiliary function: The load bank control panel is designed with lighting switches and reserved single-phase 220V/50Hz power sockets for computers or other temporary power consumption.
