1. Load test parameters: It can load any power within the rated value, measure and display the steady-state three-phase voltage, three-phase current, active power, reactive power, apparent power, power factor, frequency, operating time and other parameters of the tested generator set.
2. Control method:
(1) Local panel control: The load box is equipped with a control panel, which can complete various operations required for the experiment.
(2)Remote control: Manual control of the measurement and control console: Various operations required for the generator set experiment can be completed through the control buttons on the measurement and control console panel.
(3) Computer remote control: All functional tests of this system can be completed through a laptop, and relevant parameters can be recorded to generate reports,
3. Control mode selection: You can choose to control the load locally, remotely, or intelligently.
4. Local control: The load is equipped with a local control panel and divided into several power levels. The loading/unloading can be controlled through the level switch, and the test data and protection status can be viewed.
5. Remote control: Use the button gear switch on the remote control box to perform remote load/unload control, view test data, and display protection status such as faults.
6. Intelligent control: Control the load through data management software on the computer, achieve all testing functions, display, record and manage test data, generate various curves, charts, test reports, and support printing.
7. Control mode interlock: The system is equipped with a control mode selection switch. After selecting any control mode, operations performed through other modes are invalid, avoiding conflicts caused by multiple operations.
8. One click loading/unloading: Regardless of whether manual switch or software control is used, the power value can be set first, and then the main loading switch can be activated. Only then will the load be loaded according to the preset value, thus avoiding load fluctuations during power adjustment.
9. Local instrument display data: Three phase voltage, three-phase current, active power, reactive power, apparent power, power factor, frequency and other parameters can be displayed through local measuring instruments.
10. Auxiliary function: The load cabinet control panel is designed with lighting switches and reserved single-phase AC220V/50Hz power sockets for computers or other temporary power consumption.
11. Star angle conversion: In order to meet the power requirements of 4800KVA when the load is connected to 690V and 5500KVA when the load is connected to 440V, the load box wiring adopts the star delta conversion connection method.
