Introduction

Triumph load can simulate the real working conditions and provides a rigorous test regime for power supplies from 1kW to 60MW.Resistive, inductive(reactive),capacitive or combined load banks can be customized for any application.

They can be used for testing numerous sets in a workshop environment, or used for on-site commissioning, witness tests and proof trials.Custom-built load banks can be supplied for most powers, voltages, frequencies and sizes. Multi-voltage load banks are also available for operation over a large voltage range. At the same time, It can operate in parallel with more than two units.

Triumph load are available in stationary type for permanent installation or portable type with fork lift pocket

base,castors.Larger load banks, typically above 1200kVA, are based on an ISO container construction. Special finishes including custom paint colors and stainless steel casings can be supplied.

Main functions

Load test: It can load any power within rated power, and simulate the actual heating of server in the computer room to detect cooling effect of precision air conditioning, Power supply with load capacity and line reliability, etc.
Control mode: The load is equipped with 8 micro circuit breakers and 1 fan switch, which can be added and reduced by 8 micro circuit breakers.
Fan power supply: After the power supply is connected, the power supply is connected, pull the fan switch, the fan is started, and realize the power addition and reduction control through the combination of addition / load reduction of 8 gear micro circuit breakers.
Temperature protection: When fan stops or load bank's temperature exceeds (85ºC), the sound and light alarm and cut off load bank.
 Load bank's cable: The internal cable adopts multi-core flame-retardant flexible wire and is protected by glass fiber casing.
