Introduction

Triumph load can simulate the real working conditions and provides a rigorous test regime for power supplies from 1kW to 60MW.Resistive, inductive(reactive),capacitive or combined load banks can be customized for any application.

They can be used for testing numerous sets in a workshop environment, or used for on-site commissioning, witness tests and proof trials.Custom-built load banks can be supplied for most powers, voltages, frequencies and sizes. Multi-voltage load banks are also available for operation over a large voltage range. At the same time, It can operate in parallel with more than two units.

Triumph load are available in stationary type for permanent installation or portable type with fork lift pocketbase,castors.Larger load banks, typically above 1200kVA, are based on an ISO container construction. Special finishes including custom paint colors and stainless steel casings can be supplied.

Main functions

(1)Load test: It can load any power within the rated value, simulate the actual heating condition of the server in the computer room, and test the cooling effect of the precision air conditioner, the load carrying capacity of the power supply, and the reliability of the circuit.

(2) Control mode: The load is equipped with 1 fan switch and 8 gear air switches, which can be controlled by 8 miniature circuit breakers.

(3) Fan power supply: The fan is installed near the air outlet. After the power is connected, flip the fan switch and the fan starts to rotate. And then through the gear gap combination to add/remove load to achieve power/load.

(4) Power indicator: There is a power indicator on the panel. After the input power is plugged in, if the load is charged, the power indicator will light up to remind the user that the device has been charged to avoid electric shock.

(5) Temperature protection: when the load temperature exceeds the safety threshold (85 ºC), the audible and visual alarm will prompt and cut off the load.
