1. Control mode selection: The load can be controlled locally, remotely, or intelligently.
2. Local control: Manual loading/unloading control of the load box and viewing of test data can be achieved through switches and instruments on the local control panel.
3. Remote control: The system is equipped with a remote control handheld box, which allows for remote loading/unloading control through buttons on the handheld box.
4. Intelligent control: Control the load through data management software on the computer, achieve automatic loading, display, record and manage test data, generate various curves and charts, and support printing.
5. Control mode interlock: The system is equipped with a control mode selection switch. After selecting any control mode, operations performed through other modes are invalid, avoiding conflicts caused by multiple operations.
6. One click loading and unloading: Regardless of whether manual switch or software control is used, the power value can be set first, and then the main loading switch can be activated. Only then will the load be loaded according to the preset value, thus avoiding load fluctuations during power adjustment.
7. Local instrument display data: Three phase voltage, three-phase current, active power, reactive power, apparent power, power factor, frequency and other parameters can be displayed through local measuring instruments.
8. Auxiliary function: The load cabinet control panel is designed with lighting switches and reserved single-phase 220V/50Hz power sockets for computers or other temporary power consumption.
9. The system can switch from steady-state testing to transient testing operation mode without the need for uninstallation; Transient testing requires the freedom to set any time interval, with a minimum time interval of 3-5 seconds, and the ability to generate test data.
10. The system can maintain the original load in case of communication interruption or computer crash, and automatically detect and put the original load into operation after reconnecting the device, without causing sudden load unloading/addition during the process.
11. The system should set the dip gear and manually adjust it when there is a slight deviation in power and power factor.
