Function
(1) Load testing: It can load any power within the rated value, measure and display the steady-state three-phase voltage, current, active power, reactive power, apparent power, power factor, frequency, operating time and other parameters of the generator set.
(2) Control mode selection: You can choose to control the load locally, remotely, or intelligently.
(3) Local control: The load is equipped with a local control panel and divided into several power levels, which can be controlled by switches for loading (usually used for equipment maintenance).
(4) Remote control: Through the switch on the remote control box, remote loading/unloading control can be performed, and the control box can view data.
(5) Intelligent control: Control the load through data management software on the computer, achieve all testing functions, display, record and manage test data, generate various curves, charts, test reports, and support printing.
(6) Control Pattern interlock: The system is equipped with a control mode selection switch. After selecting any control mode, operations performed through other modes are invalid, avoiding conflicts caused by multiple operations.
(7) Load/unload with One Key: Regardless of whether manual switch or software control is used, the power value can be set first, and then the main loading switch can be activated. Only then will the load be loaded according to the preset value, thus avoiding load fluctuations during power adjustment.
(8) Local Meter display data: Three phase voltage, current, active power, reactive power, apparent power, power factor, frequency and other parameters can be displayed through local measuring instruments.
(9) Low temperature preheating and automatic dehumidification protection of the control unit: The load bank is designed with a temperature and humidity detection device. When the equipment detects high or low environmental humidity, it will automatically dehumidify/heat to ensure that the control devices in the equipment maintain a dry and comfortable environment.
(10) Auxiliary function: The load bank control panel is designed with lighting switches and reserved 220V power sockets for computers or other temporary power consumption.
