1. Load Testing: It can load any power within the rated value, measure and display the steady-state three-phase voltage, three-phase current, active power, reactive power, apparent power, power factor, frequency, operating time and other parameters of the tested equipment.
2. Control mode selection: you can choose the local or intelligent mode to control the load.
3. Local Control: There is local control panel with several power steps; user can load/unload by button.
4. Intelligent Control: Through data processing software in PC, user can make automatic load, to display, record and manage the testing data, to form curves, tables, also to print them.
5. Control Pattern Interlock, there is control pattern switch, when choose one control pattern, operation of other pattern is invalid, avoid the clash.
6. Load/unload with One Key: Whether manual control, remote control or software control, user can preset the power, then press load master button. Load bank loaded according to preset power to avoid load fluctuation during the power changing.
7. Local Meter Display Data: Three-phase voltage, three-phase voltage, active power, reactive power, apparent power, power factor and frequency parameters can be displayed through the local measuring instrument.
Protection:
(1) Manual emergency stop: If an emergency situation occurs during the operation of this machine, immediately press the red<emergency stop>switch, and the machine will unload all loads and sound an alarm. In this state, the loading function is locked and only the fan continues to run. After the emergency situation is resolved, the emergency stop switch can be rotated clockwise to unlock and retest.
(2) Automatic protection: This machine has an automatic protection function. When the following situations occur, the fault and corresponding alarm indicator lights will light up and sound an alarm, and all loads will be automatically unloaded. The protection state loading function is locked. Please investigate the cause and eliminate the fault. Wait for the alarm to be resolved before retesting.
Overheating: The internal temperature of the machine exceeds the preset warning line; Smoke: Smoke detected inside the machine;
Fan (air volume): The air volume of the fan is insufficient;
(3) Compulsory work: Some protection functions have switches, and the protection switch defaults to a downward protection state, at which point it can sound an alarm normally. When it is necessary to temporarily turn off certain protection functions and force the load to continue working, the corresponding protection switch can be turned up to [Off]. When encountering the corresponding situation, the alarm will no longer sound and the loading test can continue.
Attention: Do not perform any other operations on the measuring instrument except for the above functions, as incorrect settings may cause the instrument to become inaccurate.
