Application: mainly used to replace server as terminal load, simulating heat source of rack-mounted server, and to assist testing of air conditioner in data center server room, nodes line, PDU, generator set, UPS power supply, etc.

1) Load test: It can load any power within rated power, and simulate the actual heating of server in the computer room to detect cooling effect of precision air conditioning, the power supply capacity and the reliability of circuit.

2)Control mode: The load is equipped with 8 micro circuit breakers and 1 fan switch, which can control loading and unloading through 8 micro circuit breakers.

 

3)Fan power supply: After the power connection is completed, switch the fan switch, the fan starts, and the power increase and decrease control is realized through the combination of 8 gear micro circuit breaker loading/unloading.

 

4)Temperature protection: When the load temperature exceeds the safety threshold (85 ° C), the audible and visual alarm prompts and cuts off the load.

 

5)Load cable: Internal cable adopts multi-core flame retardant flexible wire, and added glass fiber sleeve protection, etc.
