AC400V-200K RLC Load Bank
1)Control Mode: You can select the local or intelligent mode to control the load.
2)Local control: The load is equipped with a local control panel, and divided into a number of power gears, which can be controlled by the switch load control and view data parameters.
3)Intelligent control: control the load through the data management software on the computer, realize automatic loading, display, record and manage the test data, generate various curves and charts, and support printing.
4)Control mode interlock: there is switch in control panel to choose control mode, other control mode is invalid if user choose one control mode.
5)Power loop control: The capacitive load control loop adopts anti-short circuit and anti-surge current protection measures. The inductive load is equipped with the user's anti-surge voltage measures, and the reliable protection module is used to control it, so as to avoid the failure of components during the test process and the instant the loading switch is closed and the host is burned.
6)Anti-island test: load resistive load, inductive load, capacitive load, carry out different proportions of matching modulation resonant frequency, through the load load power to achieve the resonance depth and QF value adjustment.
7)Programmable test: The RLC load test phase can be programmed to simulate different types of loads in the power grid, the equipment is automatically executed according to the set sequence, and the loading and running time can be set.
8)Island protection function: built-in resistive load, inductive load and capacitive load minimum standard power is 0.001kVA, step amplitude 0.001kVA, load power is continuously adjustable, can accurately simulate AC resonance occurrence and meet the inverter anti-island protection function detection needs.
9)Quality factor test: The equipment can load different R, L, C power, complete the quality factor QF test, to meet the predetermined resonant test requirements, etc.
