Remote manual: The system is equipped with a remote control cabinet, which allows for local load control through button switches on the remote control cabinet.
Remote intelligence: Intelligent control of the load cabinet is achieved through a computer equipped with data management software on the remote control cabinet. Control the load through data management software, achieve automatic loading, display, record and manage test data, generate various curves and charts, and support printing.

5. Control mode interlock: The system is equipped with a control mode selection switch. After selecting any control mode, operations performed through other modes are invalid, avoiding conflicts caused by multiple operations.
6. One click loading and unloading: Regardless of whether manual switch or software control is used, the power value can be set first, and then the main loading switch can be activated. Only then will the load be loaded according to the preset value, thus avoiding load fluctuations during power adjustment.
7. Local instrument display data: Three phase voltage, three-phase current, active power, reactive power, apparent power, power factor, frequency and other parameters can be displayed through local measuring instruments.
8. Dual circuit interlock wiring input: The device is designed as a dual circuit high-voltage wiring terminal, which can be connected to two sets of generator sets. It can be switched to the unit that needs to be tested through the local/remote panel circuit selection switch.
Note: Interlocking through high-voltage contactors is not allowed for two generator sets to be used simultaneously. Do not operate the circuit selection switch during testing.
9. Fire protection function design: The load container is designed for fire protection according to relevant specifications, including a 120L cabinet type heptafluoropropane fire extinguishing device and equipped with one gas extinguishing control panel. The fire control system adopts a gas fire protection method without a pipeline network. Two independent temperature and smoke sensors are installed at the top of the box. When both sets of smoke and temperature sensors emit alarm signals, the fire extinguishing device is automatically turned on, and the low-voltage distribution switch inside the diesel generator and distribution compartment is cut off. The load system is designed for corresponding fire alarm, pressure relief, emergency ventilation, etc. The fire protection system includes automatic fire alarm detectors, fire extinguishing devices, alarm devices, post disaster ventilation systems, emergency lighting, etc. Configure a fire control host for fire control inside the container, and output alarm signals from this host to the fire control room. The above cabinet type heptafluoropropane fire extinguishing device, fire control host, gas extinguishing control panel, temperature sensing and other equipment are supplied by Party A, and the load box manufacturer is responsible for installation.
