Wire Bonding Process | The pipeline adopts reliable connection methods such as flanges and clamps, without threaded connections, and the sealing gasket meets the requirements of durability and non polluting deionized water. The external interface of the load is equipped with stainless steel plugs to ensure that nitrogen is filled inside for protection when the equipment is idle. |
