Wire Bonding Process The pipeline adopts reliable connection methods such as flanges and clamps, without threaded connections, and the sealing gasket meets the requirements of durability and non polluting deionized water. The external interface of the load is equipped with stainless steel plugs to ensure that nitrogen is filled inside for protection when the equipment is idle.
Leakage Protection The main load circuit is equipped with a leakage protection main switch, which provides tripping protection in case of leakage.
Over Temperature Protection Load carrying inlet and outlet water temperature monitoring, alarm prompt when water temperature is too high (threshold 80 ºC).
Pressure Protection The load can monitor the inlet and outlet pressure, and an alarm will be triggered when the pressure exceeds the set value (threshold 1.5Mpa).
Grounding Protection The load input port is connected to the chassis with a ground wire, and the chassis has a grounding terminal for user grounding.
Leakage Protection When a liquid leakage occurs, an audible and visual alarm will prompt.
Transport The front panel comes with a handle and the bottom has casters for easy transportation.

Excluding the dimensions of tail wings, handles, and hanging ears.
Human Computer Interface and Display Display of inlet and outlet temperature; Display of inlet and outlet pressure; Equipped with power, current, voltage display, and flow display; Temperature, pressure, flow rate and other data display can be viewed locally for curves and historical data, and the data can be exported. The exported data can be generated into curves on the upper computer and printed;
Function:
 

Display screen operation

(1) Temperature curve: During on-site operation, pressure curve, flow curve, voltage curve, current curve, and power curve records will be displayed.

(2) Historical data: can query or export test voltage and current Power and other data.

(3) Real time data: Display current real-time parameters such as voltage, current, power, temperature, pressure, etc.

 

Protection:

Temperature alarm setting value: After the collected temperature value reaches the set value, the device alarm prompts not to unload;
Temperature unloading setting value: After the collected temperature value reaches the set value, the device will give an alarm prompt and unload;
Temperature lower limit setting value: After the collected temperature value reaches the set value, the device will alarm and prompt not to unload;
Pressure upper limit setting value: After the pressure value in the collection tube reaches the set value, the equipment will give an alarm prompt and unload;
Flow resistance adjustment: When controlled manually, the "flow resistance adjustment valve opening degree" setting is displayed, and the electric ball valve will adjust the valve opening angle according to the set value to control the liquid flow resistance. When controlled automatically, the "pressure difference setting value" setting is displayed, and the electric ball valve will automatically adjust the valve opening angle according to the difference in inlet and outlet water pressure values to control the liquid flow resistance to reach the set value;
Leakage detection: A leakage detection protector has been installed inside the equipment. When there is a leakage inside the equipment, it will alarm and unload.
