DC Load Bank is the instrument that can maintain and capacity test to battery, DC power and UPS backup battery. Using the latest modern power electronic technology and intelligent micro-processing technology, cooperate with the computer data processing software, intelligent control battery discharge process, real-time monitor the battery pack. Easy to operation, after setting the parameters, it can test battery capacity automatically. It effectively reduce the maintenance work strength of the staff, improve the efficiency of maintenance test, reduce enterprise cost.
Main functions and features of DC Load Bank:
1.Display mode: LCD display, real-time display all testing data: voltage,current,capacity,discharge time and inner temperature of machine.
2.Control mode: SCM control, setting by keyboard: whole battery protection voltage,discharge current,discharge capacity,discharge time etc.
3.Autostop function:It will autostop under any of following reach the setting value: discharge time,capacity,protection voltage.
4.Protection function: When internal overheat,positive and negative is reverse,connection wire of the battery group is disconnected, it will unload and give a alarm.
5.Real-time monitoring function: Real-time display and control all setting parameters(voltage,current,capacity,discharge time etc).
6. Record query function: It can reserve 8 group discharge data, user can query according to requirement.
7.Data transfer function: It equips with USB and RS232 interface, can use USB transfer the data or connect it to PC directly.
8.Data processing function: It equips with data processing software, can analysis and generate various curve chart automatically and support to print.
9.Computer remote control function: Can setting and revise discharge parameter by computer, it also can control the start and stop of the discharge.
10.Parallel operation function: It can parallel operation with above two sets of same models, each unit operation independently.
11.Calibration correction function: It can calibrate the total voltage and current of the battery.
12.Power consumption components: It adopts special alloy resistor, produce with patent technology, high power density, no naked flight, safe and reliable, long service live.
13.Integrated design:it adopts integrated design for the control circuit and power consumption components, with compact size, convenient to carry and it adopts forced air cooling.
Data processing software
The data processing software can analysis and processing the discharge information, then generate current curve graph, voltage curve graph, test data, and can output to Excel and Word, forming test reports, and support to print. According to these charts can view the performance of the battery pack change trend, provide scientific basis for judging the merits of the battery pack.
